With UST as their technological partner, using OutSystems as their ‘low code’ platform of choice, Wasco has created applications to optimize order deliveries across their 35 branches, a mobile app on which 11K+ customers now perform daily operations from their mobile devices — a key component of their omnichannel strategy goal — and an application to standardize their after-sales processes.

OutSystems is also at the core of Wasco’s Enterprise Service Bus, which plays a central role in overcoming data handling challenges and facilitating the creation of new, innovative features and applications that make Wasco’s employees’ lives better, whilst strengthening their market positioning.
