Implementing a plan to improve network performance
To maintain its top-tier status as a dominant wireless telecommunications provider pan-India, this managed network operator wanted to implement a strategy to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance network performance. By focusing on metrics, like accelerating transmission speed, increasing throughput, improving signal strength, reducing latency, and decreasing network jitter, the company could maintain its tier 1 status and enhance customer satisfaction.
THE TRANSFORMATION
Identifying points of improvement by analyzing network data with AI and ML algorithms
Using our proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML)-based network optimization platform, UST analyzed the company’s network data using unsupervised and neural algorithms to train and analyze unlabeled and untagged data sets to identify new and unique data patterns. These data patterns provided insights to optimize and enhance KPIs in the telecom provider’s network for coverage improvements, interference mitigation, load balancing, call drops, and call mutes.

The automated AI-ML analytics platform generated rapid results, enabling the company to optimize key performance metrics across its 5G network to improve service and enhance the customer experience, including:
