UST built the Performance Assurance Group for network outage management. This solution included 24/7 network monitoring with automated alerts for potential issues, utilizing megachips per second (MCPS) network management tools for site performance, degradation, and outage detection. We delivered comprehensive site health checks for login and logout activities, real-time communication with field technicians for troubleshooting and recovery, and support for integrating new layers and addressing script team issues. Our unique approach ensured the team was always in contact with field engineers to quickly get legacy techs back on air and provide general troubleshooting support. Integration with existing MSCP network management tools further ensured seamless adoption.
